 The  lack of affordable housing in Louisiana is a significant hardship for  low to moderate income households and for households that spend at or  beyond their income levels, preventing them from meeting their other  basic needs, such as nutrition, healthcare, basic utilities, emergency  and investment savings, career and professional development courses, and  retirement. Thus, we ensure that our rental prices are comparable to the U.S. Housing and Urban Development's Fair Market Rents (FMRs).

We  offer rental homes, residential-apartments, and light commercial rental  properties to the general public without regard to race, color, age,  religion, disability, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual  orientation, political affiliation, survivor of domestic violence,  family status, parental status, social status, military status, veteran  status, or any other protected class. 

 Some  houses have 10 ft. ceilings. One house is architecturally fashioned  after the Lafayette train station. Our retrofits include, but are not  limited to structural repairs, security lighting, new paint, upgraded  plumbing and electrical wiring, ceiling fans, no trespassing signs, and  landscaping. We provide the house; whereas, the renter remakes the house  into a home.
